We're based in Lenoir City and serve lakefront homeowners across East Tennessee. Fort Loudoun Lake is our home territory — we've been building docks on it for 15 years. Our Primary Service Area
Lenoir City is our home base. Fort Loudoun Lake is where we do most of our work — we know every cove, every shoreline type, and every dock community on the lake. From here, we travel to Tellico Lake (15 minutes away), Norris Lake (about an hour north), and Watts Bar Lake (about 45 minutes southwest). Every lake is TVA-managed, so every dock project requires a Section 26a permit. We handle that paperwork on every job, on every lake.
